This product didn’t work for me. Doesn’t mean it might not work for others. As a chef I’m on my feet all the time and doing alot of heavy lifting, bending, and twisting. I used the product on my tight calves and back and didn’t really notice any difference.

This works great for normal overworked muscle pain, but I was hoping it’d help with muscle stiffness from spondy, but it doesn’t. I love that it has no scent and it isn’t sticky.

Do you have night calf cramps that turn your foot upside down? After you have finally worked that cramp out, do your legs ache the entire next day as though you have run a marathon over night? This is the stuff for you. It doesn’t seem to stop cramps, but it sure makes the next day better. And it is easy to apply half asleep. You just twist off the cap, roll the roller ball all over your calf (and foot if it got involved with trying to destroy you) and within a minute the pain recedes and you can get back to sleep.

I use this because of restless legs at night. I love taking baths with epsom salts and read that this product may be helpful, too. I like how easy it is to roll it on your skin and it absorbs pretty quickly. I did not find that it had and residue and the scent is pleasant. I will be using this regularly and I thought it was a good price!
