Price jump doubled from the last time we purchased, but really, the amount in the bottle and it lasts almost a year, not a daily pill for us. So the savings really are better, as we are unable to find the 6 mg elsewhere.
Easy to swallow, no flavor. Best buy.

I’m in my mid sixties and take vitamins for eye health and started taking these last year with the were on sale for about four dollars. Had to wait a while for them to return to Amazon and are now a few dollars more but the size is great. Take these once a day and they are super tiny so no choking on pills. My eyes feels better so really happy these were on Amazon again and the seller is fantastic.

High levels of lutein are found in Kale, Sweet Potatoes, Eggs and Animal Fats to a lesser degree. This is a small dosage of Lutein. If you are a vegetarian and don’t take a good supplemental vitamin, this probably isn’t a high enough dosage for you. But, if you get plenty of meat, eggs, vegetables and take a good multi, then this is sufficient.
OK. so what is Zeaxanthin and why did they stick it in here?? Lutein and Zeaxanthin “lower the Incidence of Age-Related Macular Degeneration” and they’re chemical makeup is Identical. Therefore, you will find them in many products together and rightly so. Also, I always prefer the gel capsules, because they break down in your digestive track better. A perfect pairing and cheaper purchased in one bottle.
It’s a great buy and does the job. Also, if you need a little higher dosage, you can take 2 a day and it still beats the price of several companies daily dose. To be honest, anything over about 12 to 14 Mg is not necessary. If you’re paying for 20 Mg a day, it might make you feel good that you’re taking that dosage, but your body doesn’t need that much and you’re wasting your money. Thank you for reading my review.
